28 Days Returns

At Farnham Cycles we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase and are pleased to offer a 28 Days Returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your product please feel free to return your goods within 28 days of your purchase date for a full exchange or refund.

This applies to any items including bikes (but excludes food, videos, DVD’s and software) which can be returned to us for any reason but must be returned in 'showroom condition' with its original packaging and with a valid receipt. Your purchase will credited to the same card used for your original online transaction. Due to fraudulent transactions we are unable to offer a refund without a valid receipt.

Free Bike Assembly

At Farnham Cycles all of our bikes come with Free Bike Assembly. Our highly skilled bike technicians take great pride in assembling and preparing your bike. So when you purchase a bike from Farnham Cycles you’ll find that it will fully assembled and tested. For web orders the pedals, handlebars, saddle and front wheel will be removed for shipping.
